PAYMENTS

Payments must be made in full within 1 working day of the invoice being sent. Your invoice will usually be sent on the same day that the lot closes at auction. If you do not receive your invoice that same day please contact us.

Purchasers must ensure payment is received in full, with cleared funds, prior to collection and within the timescales above. Payments can be made direct to In2Corporate Ltd’s accounts – Lloyds Bank – Account Number 72600960 Sort Code 30-95-42 

PAYMENT TERMS:

We accept Debit Card for invoices up to £250.
We accept BACs for all amounts.
We accept Credit Cards for invoices up to £100 ONLY.

Invoices will not be split so please be aware of the limits above.

Please note that bank transfer payments from outside of the UK will incur a £7 transfer charge levied by Lloyds Bank. This must be covered by the sender.

COLLECTIONS

All collections must be booked by appointment with the In2Corporate admin team once payments are received in full. Do not turn up without an appointment. We require at least 1 working days’ notice of collection. Your collection appointment is not confirmed until we have replied to you with confirmation. Collection windows are usually 1 hour.

Please note that not all dates are available. Please confirm with us before arranging couriers or collections.

All dimensions are approximate. Please note this when arranging transport.

Item locations may differ, please check individual listings for location. The location will be clearly stated in the listing.

Collection Dates - all by appointment only

Altrincham WA14: Within 7 days of lot closing - by appointment only - weekdays 10am to 4:30pm.

All Other Locations: As stated on the individual auction lot. If not stated then within 7 days from lot closing.

Please note that all items are to be collected within 7 days from the lot closing otherwise storage charges will apply. In2Corporate Ltd may store the inventory until collected, and the Buyer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance).

The purchaser or their collection agent must inspect lots purchased at the point of collection. Any discrepancies in condition, quality, quantity, completeness or any other issue with the goods must be raised before goods are removed from site. Once the goods are collected, they are accepted as-is and no returns or disputes will be considered.

LOT IMAGES & INFORMATION:

Details are provided in good faith. They should not be relied upon as fact and buyers must make their own investigations where measurements, mileages, hours, condition, ease & cost of removal, authenticity or any other specification is critical. Buyers should make themselves satisfied they are happy with the lot before they bid. Viewing is available by prior appointment.

The condition, function and removal of an item should be confirmed by the bidder, prior to bidding.  There will be NO Refunds or Allowance given after the closure of the bidding process. Your bid is your commitment to purchase, not to view or negotiate after the sale. Transgression of these rules will be reported to Bidspotter and ibidder, and the bidder will be blocked from taking part in future sales. This may also affect your ability to bid with other auction houses.

In2Corporate do not test any lots presented in this or any auction unless specifically stated in the description of the item, in which case the degree of testing will be clearly stated. All items are sold as seen with no warranty given or implied or otherwise. The Sale of Goods Act does not apply.

We strictly enforce our terms and conditions. Potential purchasers who do not inspect lots prior to bidding, do so at their own risk.

Stock images are for illustration purposes only – you should refer to our warehouse/site pictures and the description for condition/completeness details. Please use the pictures and description to see what is included, for example not all items include power cables so if you cannot see one or the listing does not say that it has one then they may not be included. Items included will be specifically stated on the listing. If it is not stated then it is not included, even if pictured.

Bidding

All bidders are required to register in order to bid. If you, or another member of your household or company, have previously been blocked from bidding with us then do not register for our auction using a different account. Contact us directly to discuss the possibility of allowing you to bid again on our auctions.

Access for bidding is at the sole discretion of In2Corporate. Bidding history with In2Corporate or other auction houses will be taken in to account when assessing a bidders access to our auctions.

Do NOT bid if you do not agree with any of the details given in this IMPORTANT INFORMATION section or with any of the Terms & Conditions.

Please remember that by clicking to bid on the internet or indicating a bid in the room that these actions are a legal commitment to buy and when the hammer goes down you have purchased the goods at that price in the condition they stand in. If you are unable to establish the condition or value of the goods to your satisfaction then please do not bid. Any goods purchased do not carry any warranty or guarantee, goods are sold as seen and the Sale of goods act does not apply to this sale.

All bids are non-retractable.

At the close of the timed Online Auction Sale final Bid (offer) figures will be submitted to the Seller for its approval and any Bid (offer) shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the Company and/or the Seller. No Bid (offer) may be withdrawn and the Company/Seller does not bind himself to accept the highest Bid (offer) or any other Bid (offer) placed in the course of the Online Auction Sale.

The Seller may refuse at his sole discretion to accept any offer and shall not be obliged to accept any offer nor the highest offer or offers tendered. The Seller reserves the right to accept the whole or such part of any offer or offers as he may think fit.

Your highest bid will be treated as a valid bid even if the reserve is not met. The Seller reserves the right to accept the whole or such part of any offer or offers as he may think fit. Remember when placing a bid you are bidding to buy!

Staggered end times usually apply.

Although bids usually automatically update on screen, bidders are reminded to make sure they ‘REFRESH’ their screens to ensure they are aware of current bids.

Maximum Bids: If more than one maximum bid is placed of the same amount, the maximum bid placed first will be considered the highest and a further bid will need to be placed to take the lead. Bidders are notified by an automated message which appears on their screen.

Auto-extend

In the event of a bid being received within 10 minutes of the scheduled closing time, the bidding period on that specific lot will reset to 10 minutes. This can occur multiple times and as such the original scheduled end time is likely to change.

Unavailable items

On occasion we may unfortunately be unable to supply a won Lot. Reasons may include:

  • An inaccurate stock list is received from the vendor
  • There is unexpected damage to goods when they arrive with us
  • Supplier default
  • Inaccuracies in bankruptcy stock files
  • Retention of title issues

We understand that this may be disappointing and will try to offer a suitable replacement where possible. If this is not possible, we will refund you for the unavailable Lot/s. No further compensation will be offered or considered for an unavailable Lot.

Please note for this sale only all lots are subject to a 20% Buyer’s Premium. All lots (where applicable) are subject to VAT at 20%. Items not subject to VAT will have details on the lot listing itself.

If you are exporting your lots and intend to claim the VAT back then you must inform us as soon as you receive your invoice. The VAT can then be refunded once you provide sufficient proof that the goods have been exported. There will be an admin fee charged for processing an export VAT refund.

Please also be aware that we are not exporters. If you intend to export your goods then please ensure that you have any necessary information required for export PRIOR to bidding.
