This Compact production machine comprises three working sections: stretching, moulding and steam production. STRETCHING SECTION The raw materials to be processed are introduced into the loading door and, thanks to the augers moving in the compartment, and thanks to the steam inlet, are softly treated,in order to pass from a compact and granular consistency to a product with high moisture and temperature. MOULDING SECTION Once the stretching process is finished, the cheese mass is directly sent to the moulding section which composes a single body with the previous section. The cheese mass, once introduced into the hopper, is pushed towards the final section of the machine, through two augers with adjustable speed to the moulding drum. The drum is composed by alveolus that has different diameters and shapes according to the production needs. STEAM PRODUCTION The compact machine is equipped with an autonomous system for steam production. This system allows a total independence of the machine, the exclusion of other connections in addition to the electrical supply, and a reduced space for its installation.
