Condition report: Overall, This kitchen is presented in good order. Please note that this is a pre-owned installation so there will be minor imperfections and general signs of use that would usually be associated with a used family kitchen.
There are NO appliances included with this kitchen.
Please note that one of the cabinets is just a door fascia for an integrated dishwasher. The fascia is included.

Please review all photographs carefully prior to bidding.
Collection: The kitchen will be carefully dismantled by professional kitchen fitters and will be ready for collection mid to late May with an exact date to be confirmed closer to the time. Please only bid if you are can collect around this period. The winning bidder should bring their own help to load the kitchen onto their vehicle.
Removal notes regarding the worktops: Whilst every attempt will be made to successfully remove worktops without damage, this is not always possible. Therefore, pieces with ‘cut outs’ eg Sinks, Hobs etc or upstands that are fixed to the wall cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that there will be a dismantling fee of £600 plus VAT on this lot, this fee will be added to the final invoice.
